We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Medical Representatives (MRs) for the Ascender Gastro Division. Candidates with prior experience in Gastroenterology products and the relevant doctor network will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good territory knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets while building productive relationships with healthcare professionals.
Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular doctor visits and product detailing as per the assigned daily and monthly plans.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with gastroenterologists, physicians and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent territory growth.
Execute sales and marketing strategies effectively in the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with stockists and distributors to ensure product availability.
Maintain accurate records of doctor calls, sales performance and market activities.
Participate in team meetings, product training and promotional activities.
Prior experience as a Medical Representative is required.
Gastroenterology (Gastro) division experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of the assigned territory and doctor network.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Candidates currently working in pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
